Once you select the category, the texts are organized by grade level (for Chile).

Each article comes with standards-based comprehension quizzes and teachers can obtain student results as well. Free sign-up. Unfortunately, most of the articles are from the Associated Press (i.e., they are translated, not from culturally authentic sources)
